Before Prevue, Liz and the team found it tough to keep applications organized.
They used to post jobs on Monster and Indeed, and relied on a generic email address to receive applications. The HR team would check this inbox several times a day to “dig up resumes and forward on as needed”. They would delete applications that weren’t a fit for the position.
By not archiving these, they were missing out on candidates who may have been a perfect fit for future openings. For a company with many entry-level positions, it wasn’t unusual to have 400 people apply over the course of three days. The team now streamlines communication with a tool that lets them stay on top of their work.
