Prevue Custom Questionnaire Tool Content Standards and Usage Agreement

Introduction

This page, titled “Prevue Custom Questionnaire Tool Content Standards and Usage Agreement” (hereafter referred to as “the Agreement”), sets forth the content standards and rules that apply to all content (including text, images, video, and other media) uploaded, posted, or otherwise submitted any of the Prevue HR System Inc. (hereafter referred to as “Prevue”) platform by users. By using the Prevue Custom Questionnaire Tools (collectively referred to as “Custom Questionnaires”), you, on behalf of your organization, agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement outlines the expectations for user behavior and the types of content that are permissible on our platform. Please note that this Agreement operates in conjunction with, and does not supersede, the Standard Terms of Supply of Prevue.

Acceptable Content

We encourage the usage of this custom questionnaire tool and the sharing of respectful work-related content. All users must ensure their contributions comply with their local laws, as well as the laws of British Columbia and Canada, regardless of the user’s location.

Prohibited Content

Users must not upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that:

  1. Discriminatory: Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
  2. Inflammatory or Hate Speech: Contains inflammatory, defamatory, or hate speech directed at individuals or groups.
  3. Sexually Explicit Material: Includes explicit sexual content, nudity, or sexual services. This includes imagery or content that is implicitly sexual in nature.
  4. Inappropriate Content: Contains material that is offensive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. This may include extreme violence, graphic imagery, or content that is designed to shock or disturb.
  5. Controversial Content: Includes content that is highly controversial, as determined by Prevue. This may include, but is not limited to, political, social, or cultural issues that are known to incite strong reactions.

Enforcement and Consequences

  1. Prevue reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates these standards without prior notice.
  2. In cases where content is found or deemed to be egregious and unlawful, Prevue reserves the right, at its discretion, to report such content and provide relevant information about the content and the user who uploaded it to law enforcement authorities. This action will be taken to comply with legal obligations or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Prevue, our users, or others.
  3. Users who repeatedly violate these content standards may face suspension or termination of their account.
  4. Prevue may also take legal action against users who violate these standards or engage in unlawful activities.

Reporting and Feedback

If you encounter content in your account that violates these standards, please notify success@prevuehr-dev.majortom.dev immediately.

Amendments

Prevue reserves the right to amend these content standards at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
